很差的店 商家服务态度差 电话也不听 不听电话就不要放联络号码 在店里商家一直浪费时间 什么做他自己的东西 爱理不理的态度 突然间说到别家去买 他的商品可以不卖 要走了之类 什么如果觉得他不好 可以就走 商家态度很差 以为全新加坡只有他一家魔术店 本人当时想买 不过发觉商家服务态度差 商家脑子有些问题 就不想买了 省了本人的钱 本人打算不来这买 去别家魔术店 所以那些放五星评价都是骗人的 因为最少要点一颗星发布 本人才勉强点一颗星 应该一颗星都无 希望你们不要来这家店 因为是浪费你们的时间 再说 商家应该先去上服务课程才来出售

Great customer service! Kim is very nice at giving some advice to me as I am a beginner. They have plenty of magic materials which is really convenient as the shop is not located far from my home. Overall this is a great shop with really kind people to talk to. Definitely the best shop in Singapore

I gotta give this a 5 star review. Kim is awesome in teaching and providing advice on what to get as I was trying my best to spend time with my nieces. Gotten 5 gadgets initially and went back to get 2 more, both adults and kids were stunned by them. Definitely the best place to get the stuffDefinitely one of the best place in Singapore to get your magic tricks.Not to forget, they have a LARGE VARIETY of playing cards. Its definitely an eyeopener for me. If you see something elsewhere and do not see them in store, they will do their best to source it for you.I am definitely a returning customer to support this local business!

We sent our gals to Magic Castle once a week during last March school holidays. The day would be their most desperate day of the week. Mr. Kim is their idol. Every time after the class, I can see their smiley face coming out from the class and last whole night long. They cant wait to perform their new tricks to us every time after the class. Magical Castle every time will prepare the props readily for the student and simple props but amazing tricks. Mr. Kim being so patient, funny and coaching in details to the student to perform and practice the tricks. And he will provide a quick review on the kids tricks learned on last week and give adjustment on that. The overall experience in Magical Castle is superb.

Wonderful experience shopping at Magic castle shop. I was very impressed by the service of Kim who shown me many tricks. Definitely will visit again for more magic tricks!
