Would give 0 stars if i could. Called at various times to make appointment, did not pick up any calls. Drove all the way from west to Hougang, asked to wait 30min for a simple haircut. After 30min, was asked to wait again, with no specific duration, with no promise of the hairstylist i requested for. Why couldnt you tell me earlier, then? Will not be visiting again.
