Bought my very sick son to visit the clinic at Holland Village and was told that there are no seats for us, ask us to come back in 30mins time or they will sms us. Despite the current COVID restrictions, I understand that they might have imposed the maximum capacity for people in the clinic. I bring my sick son walk down the stairs and sit downstairs for 30mins. When I go back to the clinic after 30mins and I approach the front desk. The lady didn’t bother about me for about 1-2 mins then finally ask what’s ur name? She say oh you are still too early we still don’t have seats for you that’s why I didn’t text you. Could you come back later? I look around the clinic I at most see 5 patients. Still no seats? Ridiculous. No sympathy at all. How would you feel if it’s your sick son being rejected to wait in the clinic for 2 times especially he’s so sick if he’s able to walk and shop around I will not need to visit the doctor! Will never go to this clinic anymore!

Nurse was very rude and she thinks she is the ‘goddess’ and ‘demands’ you to leave your ID with her and you just take a seat. If you do that, you won’t know what she does with your ID card.And she thinks the token and trace together apps are interlinked and she will ‘demand’ you to show her you trace together apps. What is privacy means in Singapore? Does she has the authority to do so???? And why she is so rude?
