No longer enjoyable. Used to be a peaceful place with decent fast food. Apparently corporate management decided it’s a good idea to hire two “managers” who’re basically salespersons to push products and surveys onto you. Heck, why ask for surveys and nag me to leave only good feedback?First of all, I quality of fries has dropped. Used to actually be hot and crisp, but it’s now a oily soggy pile of dough.Coffee in the mornings is like water. Tea is even worse. I might as well make my own instant coffee.I’ve gotten COLD hotcakes thrice. Why call it hotcakes if it’s still freezing cold inside?I could go on and on, but management needs to wake up.

Horrid place. Chinese boy has bad attitude bad service. Refused to give me what was customized on my order. Drink was not hot at all when it was ordered as a hot drink. Lied when I asked why I cannot have what was indicated in the customization. Said it’s because it was a take away. I had the exact same order a week ago by his Malay colleague who was very courteous and he gave me my order totally fine.

Convenient pit stop for park goers. Standard fare. Employees trying their best to keep social distancing amongst patrons.
