因为接种疫苗，在网上预约了这间诊所，朋友们在别的诊所接种时候，医生和护士的态度都很好。可是这间的护士的鼻子仿佛长在头顶，无论谁问问题语气都非常不耐烦：1.之前我打第一针的时候发现对不会英文的中国人态度差，今天去接种第二针的时候，发现对本地人的态度也好不到哪里去。特别是对老年人的态度很差，老人家不懂怎么从互联网下载凭证，你可以好好讲的，但是护士很没耐心让他去问自己的孩子，老人讲他没有孩子，护士很冷漠的说那你去问联络所，别问我！我想问明明1分钟解释一下的问题，为什么要态度很冷淡？你家里没有老人家还是你不会老？2.烈日下，站着排了一个半小时快2个小时去付钱的时候，只是因为我愣了一下，直接语气很凶的问我到底打不打，打就付钱！3.打针的时候本以为医生能好点，毕竟打第一针的时候，虽然护士态度不好，医生态度不错，但这次换了一个医生，他不给你解释疫苗，而是说疫苗出了任何问题不要找他！我当然知道你们只负责接种，但你可以换个说法，而不是冷冰冰的讲不要找你们！打完针过了30分钟去拿凭证的时候也是叫4次没人理…同一件事，你明明可以换个语气讲话，如果你们觉得打疫苗是很负担的工作，那就不要和国家申请打针啊！我们能理解你们很忙，很累，但别的诊所也这么忙，他们并没有态度恶劣的对待来接种疫苗的人！！！！！I booked this clinic online because of sinovac vaccination. 真的很差劲，不会再来了。明明就是工作人员的失误，还不打算解决。护士态度也很差，明明打针就是我们自己掏钱的，为什么态度不能好点。我们住Bukit Panjang，去到那里打车也很贵。我的意思不是说我掏了钱打这个疫苗，我的意思是他说工作人员认截图回答我的情况下很累了，我们打这个疫苗都是要花钱的，不应该认真对待吗？？？你说没有看到预约的证据，那我是在网上预约的，我的证据就只有聊天记录，也是跟你们预约的，准证号码和名字都发给你们了难道你们不应该在电脑里面有记录吗？？？难道打疫苗不应该是出示工作准证吗？

如此小的诊所竟然接到施打科兴疫苗的任务，应该是并无管理接待大量人员的经验，人手也不足，有些超负荷运转应接不暇了。。。大家都辛苦了 。。。加油！！

今天当场申请马上就接种上了！效率非常高！工作人员辛苦了！！！

夜间近十一点尝试发了信息，想看看能不能预约到科兴疫苗，没想到十一点半还能收到医生的回复，隔天就安排了接种疫苗的时间

护士的态度超级差，电话永远打不进去！！我看不是打不进去，而是他们的工作态度而已，我座在里面等打针，听着电话响，护士根本无视，只是在聊天说话！！！我的预约是11点打针，结果我等到12点，去询问，什么时候可以打？护士态度及其恶劣，还不耐烦的说就一个医生！！！你们的时间就是时间，我们的时间就不是吗？既然安排了时间，就说明可以。其次我打完针之后拿卡，耐心等待几分钟之后，发现你的护士完全无视我的存在，还是在聊天？难不成他们的眼睛长在别的地方？？简直就是垃圾
