Wish there are negative stars! Minus 10 stars!NO customer service at all!!Spoke to a lady named Ash. Said she will get technician to call me that day or the next day. But Nobody called!Called back to the hotline to look for her or Vani (counter 14 service staff)NO One to answer the phone!! How do you expect an 84 yr old lady to leave mobile number when don’t own a mobile! Only leave home number which is not accepted!Please employ more qualified service centric staff and get rid of the current ones !!This review I asked my daughter to put in.

I wish to consult a person so I called the hotline, but the line auto change to live chat robot, and the live chat robot cannot answer. Then need to wait for Live chat agent, but also no one there. So big company, but service is bad.

Terrible service. I called on to inform Customer Service that the owner of the account had passed on and Ill need to make the account change. Ive not heard back from them for over a week.
