The customer service is terrible, ive never had service this bad. I have been trying to get hold of someone for weeks but to no avail. Why does SP group charge so much for utilities when it cannot hire enough help? The main issue is the way they deal with phonecalls, I would rather be put on hold than be told (on every occasion), there is no agent to deal with me right now...goodbye. Please put me on hold but DO NOT prematurely end the call. Doesnt anyone ever read reviews and try to correct issues. It seems I am not the only person. Ive sent emails, ive used the send inquiry function on the website, ive called the hotline, ive even tried to get someone via chat. TO NO AVAIL. What is going on? If I had a choice, I would never consider doing any business with SPGROUP. They dont even deserve a 1*. I want to quickly resolve some of the issues I have, not let it drag out for months.Dealing with BOTs is extremely frustrating. NOONE likes doing it, please invest some of your huge profits in improving customer service!
