A few days a go I bought a pack of this mala bean curd skin from JueWei store in Ang Mo Kio MRT station. Today, decided to have it as a different kind of brunch for #beautifulsunday.Pour them into a steel container.Pop it into the airfryer.Set the time and temperature. Switch on the airfryer.Very soon. Ready to eat.Tried one and it is quite mala which sort mean numbing spicy. Decided to try it as a kind of sandwich and I must say the result is quite an interesting vegetarian sandwich.
