Staff ignored our requests multiple times and passed us like a ball to each other. Did not take us seriously. Maybe they should consider not having any staff at all instead of hiring incompetent service persons
Went to Samsung at Nex on 21st July 2021.Was served by a lady called Nicolette.She was very patient and helpful.2 thumbs-up for the excellent service
