我的是自己去拿的,去到餐厅服务态度不好,又超时,就想找客服退款退单,结果说来说去都是拿几句,这边说可以帮忙取消,那边就说自己打电话去取消,真搞笑。。。。。。结果什么都帮不到忙,真想骂人

我买了一张100的voucher,不没有注意读他说只能一次性用!所以我就买了abc汤和饭花了$6.30,过后我就用100的voucher还钱,那里知道是一次性的.当我下次在要用时就不能用了,我才发现到.我联络她们的客服,她们也不帮忙处理,说是我的问题,我承认是我的粗心导致的!但是一百说少也不少,希望的到处理

Very poor service Foodpanda Hong Kong呢間外賣平台公司,完全罔顧合作夥伴利益,餐廳收到訂單用心制作食品。完成後核實車手身份交到其手上。但訂單在客人收到食品時接二連三被取消,公司做西餐嘅,我哋送出去嘅全部西式美式食品。根據Foodpanda 回覆取消我哋張單吾比錢或者比吾足錢嘅原因多數喺客人反映收到錯誤食品,例如收到腸粉,生煎飽,壽司等。或者運送過程中倒瀉,仲影埋相比我哋睇! 吊那星,我做西餐,果客收到其他野關我咩事!我哋D包裝全部出貨前影哂相!運送途中點會倒瀉!!(除非有人拆開包裝)你哋遇到啲欺騙或作弊訂單關我哋餐廳咩車?車手你安排嘅! ! 客又係你嘅!!我哋出左貨品,就老屈我哋餐廳!咁樣就吾比錢同欺騙有何分別!!呢間垃圾公司冇CS 即時對話,Send e-mail 成日先搵個揸吾到主意嘅人覆埋D九吾搭八毫無意義嘅回應!!!Foodpanda 仲話客人投訴就即刻退錢,喺0 收入訂單!用呢個藉口就唔俾錢我哋啲合作夥伴餐廳!

ORDER YOUR LUNCH AND GET IT DELIVERED AFTER 2.15 hoursRegret ordering with food panda. Worst app I think, no updates on any delay etc etc, app just shows deliver in 25 -30 minutes, it automatically gets changed to 1 hour time without any noticeThen on top of it when you contact the customer care, they cant do anything, also cant confirm the delivery in 2 hours for food and leave half way the chat..They want us to contact the restaurant.Uninstalling this app..

Foodpanda refused to cancel/transfer order to the correct outlet after the app did a scam and changed the food outlet at the point of ordering to another location that is halfway down the island. This is absolutely a cop out as we had ordered from the correct location just the day before. How could the app suggest/change the location when there is a closer outlet to the current location? Just because we are using a discount voucher? Such scammy manoeuvers belong to some fly-by-night enterprise, not a legitimate one that has provided credible service until this incident. Using word play that they cant cancel the order - the right word is does not want to. How hard is it to cancel an order? What takes the cake is that as the middleman order platform getting paid by both customers (F&B and end customer), Foodpanda has the gall to tell us to contact each other and settle it amongst ourselves? Do not try to pull a fast one on us about not being able to cancel the order. There is the option for the food outlet to cancel the order if there are missing items. So why cant the order be cancelled in this instance? The insistence to shortchange the customer is clear as day here by Foodpanda.

Rider insist on asking me to pay via paylah or paynow..twice by the same rider.already indicated on the note to bring small change.on 2 occassion ,he ignored and put the blame on me when its clearly he failed to read the instruction .I have reported to the cso the first time yet issue is not resolved.They then send this fella again .very suwey one !!! He isnt local ,judging from the accent he is a bangladeshiI have no issues with foreigner as a rider ..but clearly this fella cant do a proper job .blaming me when its clearly his fault ? What an audacity !!I have not encountered any issues with local rders asking me for paynow or paylah ..absurd !! Cso replied are scripted and in no way of any help !!

Foodpanda rider has been hopelessly unthinking to place McDonalds 2 cups of tea in his big bag, carrying it on his back till reach my front door, rolling in the empty bag as only my little order was inside. Drinks spilled badly and cups soggy. In order to salvage the spill, I hv no time to take photo. I said so to customer service, instead of offering apology and promise to inform relevant rider to improve, the customer service came back with a request for photo again! Its so unprofessional and demonstrate laziness and unconcern. Customer service is getting very terrible nowadays because these ppl know we hv no other avenue to approach. So if use Foodpanda, just hope order is smooth, otherwise its probably a gone case if hoping customer service to rectify or have improvement made.

It was a rather disappointing service today (1st August 2021), which can be avoided if Foodpanda had given me a heads up on the availability of a rider to pick up my order. I ended up waiting for nearly two straight hours!On the website, Foodpanda estimated and displayed an arrival time at 1.15 pm when I ordered at 12.35 pm, but it changed to 1.50 pm, and then 2.00 pm. A heads-up on what happened wouldve been helpful.

If you miss the delivery they keep the product and dont refund you. There is no way to recover your product. In my case ordered $60 worth product and $9 for delivery it would be okay if they kept the $9 and helped me recover the product or pick it up my self. But they kept the whole $69 and the product. The customer support is USELESS.

It just doesnt work. After shopping with them for a while my wife and me found that around 20% of the orders are failing, and ALWAYS to your disadvantage. Now they even have stopped responding.Its a sinking ship. Too bad. Grab gets the whole pie like this.

I order some item from pandamart 4 days ago. 1 of item was missing. I informed pandamart via their help center. A pop up says they will revert in 24 hours but only after 48 hours that I received an email asking me what is missing which I have indicated already. They do not read the messages? I told them what was missing. Again I was advised to wait 24 hours but guess what it took them 48 hours to sent me an email to advise they will get the right department to contact me within 2 to 3 hours. It took them 4 days to forward my complaint to the right department? It does not end there, no one call me after 5 hours and I am still waiting. This is the most horrible service recovery ever. Irresponsible service provider. I do not want to give even 1 star but no option to give a minus star!!! I paid for the missing item but after 4 days still waiting for the item. Beware All!!!!

My daughter ordered Genki sushi through food Panda on 30/6/2021 with the amount of S$49.08 And we never recieved our order at all . We have sent email and chat to Panda CS and help centre to check this issue. At first we were attended by an agent (nama kept by us) saying that Panda will hold the amount for my daughter. And will check the issue.Later on we received an email stating that driver has hang the order on our shoe rack which is ridiculous because we did not have any hanger on our shoe rack so how did the driver suppose to hang it? We again complained to Panda and sent our shoe rack picture for proof yet Panda never refund us the amount.Did Panda really this irresponsible to check the driver? Where is Panda credibility? We never received our order thus we HAVE the RIGHT to get my refund which S$49 is not a small amount.I hope Panda will act properly and not that irresponsible .I should have given minus star to PANDA.Please boycott this food Panda. Worst service and irresponsible.People out there please be aware of food Panda service.Totally trashy!!!!!

Disappointed with your service! This review is not for Foodpandas driver, nothing wrong with the driver and I truly salute to all the riders, without them we wont have our convenient.*Foodpanda management, please look in to why is this happening!*1) Ordered from Foodpanda mart Serangoon, you gave me a loaves of gardenia bread already past 3 days!2) Ordered 3 blocks of butter with free gift and never come.3) When my baby spinach salad finished before my marketing day, I will just ordered from Foodpanda, true enough I placed ordered at least thrice, almost half packet rotten!4) Ordered 1L Nutrisoy soya milk no sugar last night 18.07.2021, packing came expanded. In my entire life I have never bought nor choose this kind. I just drop an email to F&N and seek their advice, as what I know packaging overly expanded may not be safe. I wont want to go through all the trouble with Foodpanda, will just stop using you. Using Foodpanda waste of my time!I am not lazy and I jog out almost everyday to market, choose Foodpanda because of the convenient when last minute we running out of some stuffs and need to hit a minimum amount of purchase. Instead of helping me it is causing more work. Hope to let you know not all the cstomers is seeking for compensation. I just cannot tolerate what you did to a loyal customers where I placed orders so many times!Honestly I hate wasting time to email or through the app, I will never order from you again. I ordered on foodpanda a few times. The most recent one, the vendor sent the wrong items to me. I called them and they say that they couldnt do anything since the order was sent. They asked me to contact Food Panda??So we tried to find the review/contact function on the app. Omg, instead of showing the review order/ask for refund button on each order, they try to hide that function under “Help Center”.We sent them the request together with the picture of the wrong item as proof but they did Not get back to us at all.Super disappointed! Avoid Food Panda at all cost.

2 out of 3 of my orders never even get accepted by the restaurant and have to end up canceling. Do yourself a favor - stick with Deliveroo or Grab.
