*FEEDBACK TO MANAGEMENT*seated for more than 20mins before staff could finally attend to customers proper and be able to clear+sanitise tables. not even talking about additional waiting time for ordering process and for food to be prepared.one staff out front at counter and one in kitchen.same counter staff has to take orders, prepare drinks, prepare grab order, clear+sanitise tables. this is just a regular weekday lunch time, not even talking about a peak hours where queues may form.what a stark difference in experience compared to our first visit last Oct. perhaps the store manager can really do something about manpower allocation. this is really not sustainable and definitely bad to have dishes lying around for long especially during this virus period.p.s. food was ok. both staff were really busy and trying their best to run the shop.
