Was rather excited to bring my baby over to Tiong bahru bakery safari for a Saturday brunch since I have always been purchasing their sourdough, amann and their pain au chocolat baru every week in their Tangs plaza branch. I must say, I am expecting pastries to be tasting the same, however, pastries wasnt as fresh at all! We brought mushroom brie crossiant and pain au chocolate. BOTH texture were soggy, rubbery and tasted like yesterdays bakes that were left outside. Not worth to travel all the way down to dempsy at all. The ambience is not worth the ride. Rather stick with their raffles branch for family with prams (tangs branch is quite small).
