The pastry quality has dropped tremendously.Left cake is exotic lemon cheese cake - the shell at th exterior is hard and the bottom biscuit is too hard. It doesnt crumble well.Right cake is Vanilla flan cake - the whole cake taste like plastic. Its too hard I need to cut the cake with force.
One of the better croissants you can get even if its a day old.
