To give credits when credits are due. The best expression of gratitution towards any great academy or coachers is through actions thus the honest reviews here. I will start off with people as it is people who set the foundation and influence the brand reputations. I am blessed with great coachers/ chefs who not only possess the deep know-hows into their forte but were going the extra miles to dive deep into imparting valuable knowledge of food science at BITC. Four specific trainers left deep impression on me in very positive ways including one external stand-in chef of great experience. They are Chef Nurhelmi (aka Chef Mimi), Chef Nikki, Chef Eva, and Covering Chef Lynn. I am contented and happy with BITC. Thank you BITC with the Leadership of Philip Chan who can be seen walking the ground from time to time, and also your helpful, meticulous front-end administration team Xiao Li, Jacqueline, Huiping, Darryl, May (Sales Consultant) who follow through with learners from start to end. May BITC continue to expand and blossom.
