I have always ordered via deliveroo and first time visiting outlet. The popiah was salty and unacceptable, Food was better when I ordered during delivery.I also wish to highlight the terrible service by this young chap with black spectacles. He was really rude to us and gave us hostile attitude when taking our orders. Its a Monday morning and definitely not the best way to start with such poor quality service. Also he operated the cash register very aggressively and his body language is telling us that we shouldnt be there. Worse was that he stared at us from his counter when we left, he was in the middle of taking orders and stopped to hurl at us to clear our trays by addressing us as eh clear the trays! Im sure thats not the right way to talk to your customers and everyone in the store was staring at us. How embarrassing it is when it is such a simple task. When we feedback via email the management says its a MISUNDERSTANDING. Seriously how can this be a misunderstanding, its a case of poor training and if you read other reviews, someone experienced the same treatment as us. I will never ever patronise this place again.
